Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Our standard shipment drop-off days are Wednesday and Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Mission Myco is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Damages:

  • Mission Myco is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at support@missionmyco.com directly to file a claim.

  • Return & Exchange Policy

    At Mission Myco, we prioritize customer satisfaction, mental health, and stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please, contact us through Contact Us page or support@missionmyco.com as soon as possible so we can insure a solution as soon as possible.

     

    Returns:

    • We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. 

     

    Return Process:

    1. Contact us at support@missionmyco.com to initiate a return.

    2. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

    3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.

     

    Refunds:

    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@missionmyco.com.

     

    Non-returnable items:

    • Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned.

     

    Return Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
